CCOO and UGT are planning the strike for all the different education fields, from public to private.

The public education's strike is planned for May the 22^nd and it has extended to all the education community. The trade unions CCOO and UGT, with majority of representation in the educational sectors, have extended the call done by all the educational trade unions in primary and secondary.

"The groups called are the teaching staff and all the rest of the staff of all public schools, semi-private and private schools, PAS staff (administration and services), staff of the educational extra activities of the public schools and private schools, education of 0 to 3 years and universities", specify CCOO.

Too, the “Plataforma Unitària en Defensa de la Universitat Pública” (PUDUP) has announced today that it joins to the call of the 22^nd of May strike which will suppose the 4^th Catalan university strike in the last six months.
